Colomera is located less than 25 KM from Granada with its abundance of history, skiing. airport and shopping. Malaga can be reached in around one hour forty minutes.

The village is a typical Andalucian village with around 2000 inhabitants; it has a medical centre, three general stores, Town hall, Bakery, pharmacy, sports ground which has a municipal pool, schools,bars and restaurants. It also a five minute drive to the beautiful lake
