I recently sold my house with the help of Diane from Andalucian Property Sales.
Two years ago, when buying this same house, I was very happy with the personal touch that Diane has in her work. She listens very well to your wishes and possibilities, also presents you with out of the box possibilities (you probably know how stuck one can be on an idea and therefore missing opportunities).
So this time I was on the other side. This time I was selling. The house was sold very quickly.
I can honestly say that, after having been on both sides, I feel that Diane is more like a mediator. In the whole process she is fair and honest to the buyer as well as the seller, telling them more or less what to expect and what not, equally protecting both.
In the process (two years ago, as well as recently) she keeps communicating. I never had to chase her to get answers. Usually she presented me with answers to questions I did not yet have!

I had to write a few lines as I am believer in giving credit where credit is due. I recently bought a property in Andalucia southern Spain using Diane Heston and  Andalucian Property Sales this initially was a daunting task as I had never embarked on anything like this before.
Initial contact with Diane Heston via email and a subsequent series of calls certainly put my mind at rest dealing with someone who has lived and worked in the area for so many years certainly proved useful with my numerous and possibly annoying questions. Culminating in her being able to determine and then find the idealest property for us, and one that ticked every box for us, which we have now bought.

After 8 months or so of trying to get our electricity reconnected and the leak in our roof fixed we decided we should finally look for an alternative contact for our property in Spain, patient is a virtue apparently but after 8 months, our virtue packed its ruck sack and went to look for a cliff. Whilst on a frantic search of tinterweb we chanced upon Campo construction and dropped them an email. Bloody hell fire! Within days Andy had emailed us, rang us, been up on our roof, sent us a quote, been to get a license and was up on the roof repairing the afore mentioned leak, Diane had been on the phone to the Electricity company had the bill on her desk and booked an appointment with us, the electricity company and the bank to sort out payment and direct debits for when we arrived.
Not only where they professional, competent and legal, they were also jolly nice too!
Not so much a breath of fresh air, more like a very welcome tornado!
